The eCloud ePhone7 was EOL (end of life) on Thu, Jun 9, 2022.
As stated in the EOL notification the technology that supports the ePhone7 is antiquated and users will start to see a degradation of functionality. Over the past two years users have seen this happen and as of today the ePhone7 is no longer functional. ESI encouraged users then, as we do today, to contact ESI Customer Success or their Certified ESI Partner to upgrade to a currently-supported ESI phone model.

As stated in the previous Status notification the eCloud ePhone7 is no longer receiving service and therefore not registering. User should contact ESI Customer Success at (972) 905-9429 to upgrade their phone model.
